Tasting Notes

One of Italy's most underrated indigenous grapes. Grown exclusively in Puglia, Nero di Troia (also called "Uva di Troia" or "Black of Troy") dates back to ancient times. It produces powerful, structured reds with incredible aging potential — think Italian Cabernet with more elegance and none of the chemicals.
Winemaking
- Night harvest for freshness
- After gentle pressing, grapes are placed in steel tanks for 12 months for first refinement
- Then aged in wood barrels for 8 months
- Bottled unfiltered to preserve character
- Extended aging for another 6-8 months before release
