Winemakers note:  our Chardonnay grow up in the Langhe hills, in a tuffaceous calcareous soil.  Our Bliss Blanc Chardonnay is made with the cryomaceration method which is the cold processing of grapes that allows the extraction of as many primary aromas as possible from the skins of the grapes. The result is a product with marked floral and fruity scents. A fresh, delicate, elegant product with its rich hints of flowers and fruits. The perfume is a mix of floral and fruity notes, in particular white and yellow flowers can be perceived, as well as notes of peach, apple and pear. On the palate it is well structured, enveloping and with a great balance between flavor and acidity; the finish is persistent and elegant hints of vanilla can be perceived. Wine critics notes: Elegant and expressive, this wine has a very delicate  complex nose of exotic fruits and vanilla. Aromas of freshly cut lime,  dried apple,  peach and  followed by almonds on the palate.
