Aged in the bottle. Transparent as tears pale straw deep yellow / orange with greenish highlights. Tasting Notes: floral, flavors of apple and pear, together with tropical fruit nuances with an important note of melon. Very fresh for the high acidity. With its sugary residue it also gives a nice sense of roundness. Maybe there is the better white (orange ) wine in the world...
Grape: authentic 100% Greco from the region Campania, Tufo Village (Italy)
Vintage: 2015. The great changes in temperature have made this year among the best harvests in the last 10 years
Food-Wine Pairing: shellfish, raw fish and soups, raw meet, turkey and white meat
Vinification: The grapes are harvested in 3(!) different periods: 1- with the clusters still green, to extract the acidity; 2- grapes are perfectly ripe; 3- The late harvest in 2 months from the 1st to obtain high concentrations of sugars. All are pressed separately and then mixed in a single wine. Steel barrels at mixed temperatures which also go below 0. The aging in bottle stabilized the wine.

A beautiful sparkling wine that gives off green and yellow fruit sensations, and exotic nuances to the nose. Fruity notes of citrus, balsamic and almond. This Blanc de Blanc has an incredibly balanced body and structure, especially for a sparkling wine. Very smooth and easy to drink.
Matured in steel tank for at least 8-10 months. NO SULFITE wine even compared to our low sulfite wines.

"Organic, Italian Caymus," the Gelso d'Oro has a dark ruby red intense color. It consists of powerful aromas of the ripe grapes, black berry and currant fruit aromas, and tones of cocoa/dark chocolate, cinnamon, and cumin. The wine is extremely full bodied with a very balanced, rich, complex and extremely long finish.
Grape variety: 100% Nero Di Troia (Black of Troy), Puglia. The origin dates back to pre-Roman era.
Pairing: Great with rich and spicy first courses, baked and grilled red meat, game in rosemary sauces.
Vinification : after night hand harvesting in mid September and gently pressing, the grapes placed for the first refinement in steel tank for 12 months then for second refining in wood barriques 1 ° E for 8 months and then in the bottle for another 6-8 months.
