It is is a deep ruby red with an intense bouquet. On the nose, it is persistent of ripe red fruit and cherry with notes of chocolate. Crisp and harmonious, with a spicy, mineral end and cherry aftertaste.  Super Tuscan is a 2012 vintage.  You will feel Sangiovese and international varieties such as Cabernet and Merlot. This super tuscan balances tannin and freshness to make the taste long and harmonious. The Impetum is a hymn to flavor and scent. Variety : 100% Nebbiolo . The vineyard is composed exclusively old Nebbiolo. A traditional vinificiation of the grapes for 12 days with several pump overs during the day and a controlled temperature of 30/ 35 ° C to optimize extraction. After a rest in stainless steel for 5 months the wine matures in oak for 18 months then is left to age in the bottle until being sold. A ruby red colour with garnet reflexes. The Aglianico grape variety, from which Taurasi wine is produced, is called “Hellenic” - originating in Greece. Taurasi wine was named after “Taurasia”, a little village that was taken over by Romans after they defeated Hirpinis in the 80 AC. The Romans then moved thousands of settlers here from Liguria to work in the vineyards. 100% Merlot from one of the best Italian wine regions - Collio, Friuli    Planting year • 1967 - 2000 The grapes are collected on the basis of sensory analysis in the pre-harvest period: maximum maturation of skins and tannins is sought. This wine ferments at a controlled temperature of 26 °C. It remains on its skins for a period of 20 days during which the color and structure of the wine is extracted. It is refined in small oaken barrels with 500 l capacity where the malolactic fermentation takes place for a period of 14-16 months. At the end of this process, it is bottled without filtering to preserve its maximum integrity. It is then refined in the bottle for at least 4 months. Collio DOC area is located in the extreme North of Italy, among Slovenia, Austria and the Julian Alps. The grapes for this wine are harvested exclusively by hand starting in mid September. After careful selection, the grapes are placed in small wooden crates and set aside to rest and dry.
